Terms and Conditions

1. General

These are the terms and conditions which apply to your subscription with Enigma Signals (“Enigma”) and your use of the website and mobile phone application(s) provided by Enigma signals.

By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and they shall constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enigma (the "Agreement"). We may make minor changes to our terms and conditions (a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and/or regulatory requirements; and (b) to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.  If we do, we will publish our updated terms here.  In addition, we may make more significant changes to our terms and conditions: (a) to make them clearer or more favourable to you; (b) to reflect changes in market conditions; or (c) to reflect changes in the way we do business. If we do, we will notify you in writing of the changes. If you object to any such change, you must tell us within 14 days of the date you receive the notice.  If you give us notice that you object, the changes will not be binding on you but we may require you to close your account with Enigma.  If you do not object, you will be deemed to have accepted the change(s). 2. Enigma Services

Enigma provides research on equity and FX markets with trade ideas offering entry and exit price targets based on technical and fundamental analysis. Enigma, in its sole discretion, will determine the content and volume of its research based on the prevailing market conditions at the time of publication.

Individuals should therefore discuss with their financial planner or advisor the merits of each recommendation for their own specific circumstances and should fully understand that not all investments will be appropriate for all investors or potential investors. Enigma’s and information are not intended to and do not constitute investment advice or an investment recommendation.

Partners, employees and/or affiliates of Enigma may hold one or more of the positions in markets reviewed by Enigma. These holdings should not be seen in any way as a recommendation.


4. Use of Site and Reproduction of Content

The research and information provided by Enigma, whether provided on the Enigma website, mobile application(s) or otherwise, and including, but not limited to, is meant for personal use by individual visitors and users, and may not be used for any other purposes. Further disclosure, distribution, reproduction or redistribution of this information, regardless of whether it is or is not meant for commercial purposes, by any form of media, is prohibited without prior written approval of Enigma. Any reproduction, copy, multiplication, transfer or hypertext link, in any way, of a part or of the whole of the information on this site is subject to Enigma’s written approval in advance. Enigma reserves all rights and remedies that may be available to it in the event of a breach of this Agreement.


5. Limitation of liability

We do everything in our power to ensure that our website and mobile phone application(s) are fully operational and available to you at all times, but we cannot guarantee that these services will be available at all times, whether due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled interruptions or other reasons.

Whilst Enigma has taken reasonable steps to verify the reliability of the views and recommendations expressed in the reports published on its website and mobile application(s) and to ensure such information is correct and up to date, Enigma and its third-party suppliers do not offer any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of such information.

To the extent permitted by law, Knightsbridge Trading Academy Ltd and its employees, agents, authorised representatives and third party suppliers exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of, or reliance on, any research or information provided by Enigma, whether provided on the Enigma website, mobile application(s) or otherwise and whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission. To the extent Enigma’s liability is not excluded, Enigma hereby limits its liability, to the extent permitted by law, to the re-supply (or the cost of re-supply) of the information on the website or mobile application.


6. Complaints Procedure


Enigma is fully committed to providing a high standard of service to all our clients on every occasion. As part of that commitment, we have in place an internal complaints handling procedure to ensure that any complaints received from our Clients are handled fairly, effectively, in the first instance you should email us on complaints@ktafx.com

Making a Complaint

Complaints Procedure

We have established an internal complaints procedure to ensure that your complaint is dealt with efficiently and by the correct person. To help us investigate and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and with minimum inconvenience to you, please make sure you give us as much information as possible, including;

  • Your name, address and client reference number
  • A clear description of your complaint
  • Details of what you would like us to do to put it right
  • Copies of any relevant documents, such as letters
  • A daytime telephone number where we can contact you

If the Client Management Team are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, your complaint may be referred to our Compliance Department who will:

  • Send you a prompt written acknowledgment
  • Issue you a final response within four weeks of the complaint logged date setting out our view and your options


7. Subscriptions and Subscription Fees

To access Enigma’s services (products), you must apply to subscribe for one or more products on the Enigma website (“Subscription”) and make your first and subsequent monthly payments as set out below (“Subscription Fee”).

To apply, you must go to the subscription page on our website or mobile application, provide the information marked as “Mandatory” (which will include your payment details) and select the payment option for the price quoted at the time of your application. If Enigma accepts your subscription application, you will then receive a confirmation email from Enigma indicating that Enigma has accepted your Subscription and you will then be able to access content. Our signals service is a monthly rolling £99+VAT per month fixed fee.

If Enigma signals does not accept or cannot process your application for any reason, you will be notified by email.

Your Subscription will commence on the date of confirmation of acceptance of your application and continue on a rolling monthly basis unless and until cancelled in accordance with paragraph 8 below. After your first monthly payment each subsequent payment will be due on each monthly anniversary thereafter (“Payment Date”).

Unless you cancel your Subscription at least two business days before a Payment Date, you authorise us to charge your next month's Subscription Fee to your registered payment card on each Payment Date.

In the event that your payment card details should change, you must inform us of your updated card information at least two business days before your next Payment Date, during Monday to Friday and by 5pm.

Should we be unable to take payment of your Subscription Fee for any reason, we will try to contact you via SMS, email and/or phone to either take payment over the phone and/or set up your new payment card. If we are unable to contact you within five days of the relevant Payment Date, we reserve the right to cancel your Subscription at our sole discretion.

All prices quoted on the www.Enigmasignals.com website for Enigma reports are quoted in GBP.

Enigma has used reasonable endeavors to ensure that prices for Subscriptions to Enigma signals are published accurately on the website but these prices are subject to change and Enigma reserves the right to change these prices without prior notice at any time. Prices charged and payable will be those quoted at the time you completed your Subscription application.

If you subscribe for one of our products, you will be sent an email which confirms receipt of your order. It will not contain the payment details provided by you. In the event that a subscribed product is discontinued during your Subscription period, no pro-rata refunds will be given. However,alternative Enigma products will be provided to you of a value equal to or more than the residual value of the discontinued product.


8. Free Trial Period and Cancellations

Member satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that our service will not suit everyone’s needs. Accordingly, all new subscribers are entitled to a 14 day free trial period (the “Free Trial Period”) during which you may cancel your Subscription. Paid cancellations must be received at least two business days before a payment date and by 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to cancel your Subscription after the end of the Free Trial Period, you must notify us at least two business days prior to your next payment date. Cancellation notifications must be received by us by 5pm (UK) Monday to Friday. If we do not receive notice of your cancellation by this deadline and within these business hours payment of your Subscription Fee will be taken on or following the next applicable payment date.

In the event that we (in our absolute discretion) agree to a refund or partial refund of your Subscription Fee we will use all reasonable endeavours to process this refund or partial refund within 5 business days of agreeing to it, during which time the funds concerned will remain our property and will not become your property until received by you.

All cancellations must be notified either by calling us on 0203 865 3324, by emailing support@ktafx.com or by writing to Knightsbridge Trading Academy, 7th Floor Tower42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1HQ.

Please note, that without exception, no refunds or partial refunds shall be made after you have made a payment. Once your Subscription has been cancelled, all alerts and access will be suspended 24 hours prior to the end of your final subscribed month.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at our sole discretion and without reason or notice.
